The file 'EDC Spinner/Fidget Toy 3D Printer Model' is (stl, sldprt) file type, size is 431.23 KB.
Made this design in Solidworks using mostly circles to avoid the hard lines in many of the other designs. filleted edges as well for comfort.
dimensions necessary to recreate or adapt:
11mm radius holes
25mm from center to center of outside holes
7mm thickness
3mm radius fillet
the current design doesn't fit the bearings without sanding a little material away on the inside of the holes. I'm going to try printing at a 101% scale and see if that fixes the problem. Otherwise, i will probably just increase bearing hole radius by .1 mm or so. I saw 5.625 mm for a radius somewhere as a good number... let me know if you try any of this and it works/doesn't work!
Edit 1: I printed the second design at 101% scale and the bearing fit without sanding. nto quite a snug enough fit though. I'm going to try 100.75% next.
