This remix adds a built-in light shield to minimize the light shining in your face when you're working underneath it. You'll notice there are two versions of each of the bottom most segments (the pieces that slot into the base) - the ones with "and support" at the end of the file name include tree supports made in Meshmixer. If you want to make your own supports, then use the files without "and support" in the filename.
The dimensions inside the arch are: 18.5" from tabletop to underside of the light shield by 37.5" from inside edge of left base to inside edge of right base. You can put up to a 55" long LED strip in the arch and still have it blocked by the light shield.
The completed photo shows how well the arc lights up whatever is underneath it - the photo was taken at night without any lights turned on in the room. All of the light is coming just from the LED light bridge/arc. I'm really happy with how it turned out. You can see how the light shield works by looking at the light pattern on the desk. Using a darker color filament would obviously block even more light, this yellow was just what I already had loaded up.
