This is my connector for 1/2" garden hoses. Just print two of the halfs and glue them together with super glue. Look out for the alignment of the halfs to minimize water resistance.
You also have to print two of the screwcaps.
I recommend PETG or ABS for this print because of the temperature and UV stability under outdoor conditions.
