Just a simple ball bearing I designed for a friend. 12mm balls with a 5mm flat contact area ensure easy printing and smooth operation. Inner diameter is 16mm, outer is 50mm. Spins right off the build plate, and doesn't come apart easily.
UPDATE - After originally uploading this, I discovered I was having serious underextrusion problems. I've updated the model so that it works, as my original model fused up when printed with correct settings. Sorry for any inconvenience the previous model caused.
I haven't tried resizing it yet. Larger should be okay to a point, though it will become looser the bigger you go. Smaller will have problems more quickly, I'm sure.
