This part eliminates any backlash that may occur on your Z-axis. You can adjust the load according to your needs by changing the distance between the two nuts.
This is a must have if you are using a lightweight extruder like a Bowden extruder.
Required parts (for each side):
1x M5 Nut
1x Compression Spring
My compression spring is a 20mm x 9mm(out). I compress it to 15mm but that will depend on your spring strenght.
The step model is provided, feel free to modify this to suit to your spring.
Simply install the spring on your threaded rod and add this part with the M5 nut at the top.
Adjust the distance between this part and your x-axis motor mount / x-axis idler to adjust the load.
