For some reason, all bit holder wall mounts I found where packed tight and I could not easily grab the bits with my thick fingers. So I made my own version for 4x7 = 28 bits. Screwed in place with 3 wood screws.
The version in the photo has deeper holes. I've since changed it to be less deep (so the bits are easier to grab), but didn't care to reprint it.

Some fixes might be needed after changing the variables though. I haven't figured out all the kinks yet.
