Summary

This is a design to make a nozzle change tool for the E3D v6 nozzles. It will let you easily remove and add the nozzles better than the manual spanner and much quicker to use. This STL is just for the handle, you will still need some other parts. There are other E3D wrenches/screwdrivers on Thingiverse, however I didn't find them to work because they are entirely plastic, which doesn't work if you are heating your nozzles up to 250c before changing them, which is proper. This design uses a metal hex socket and creates a sort of screwdriver from it.

You will need the following things:
• 7mm hex socket with quarter inch drive ($1 on ebay).
• M4 nut ($1 on ebay for 20 pack)
• Superglue (I recommend Loctite Ultra Gel Control).

Instructions:
1) Print the handle from the STL file.
2) Superglue the M4 nut into the 7mm socket. This is simply a spacer to make the socket not as deep, so that the E3D nozzle doesn't sink too far into the socket.
3) Insert the socket into the printed handle. It should fit snugly and not come out, but if not add a little bit of superglue.
4) Screw and unscrew your nozzles with ease!

See photos.

You can increase the Z scale in slic3r if you want a longer handle. Feel free to re-mix this design.
