Ok, this is my second Upload for the 10€ e3d v5 amazon clone. Heatsink Fan-mount for 40mm and the MaterialCooler with variable adjuster for 30mm fan.
The MaterialCooler i dont have printed yet but it shold work. (to lazzy to print with PLA :) )
everthing shold be printed with ABS when i got time i will print the parts a put a photo of the final if not someone make it faster :)
Ok now to the Build part.
CoolerFrontPart and BackPart printed with support the Holes are for M3.
The FanHole are 4.5mm deep look to take the right screws. or cut one to the right measure :)
MaterialCooler + VariableMount glue it!
For the MaterialCooler dont use support on the Air Output and inside you will get alot problems to remove it after support for the rounder on the backside to the variable mount are possible but not really need.
