This is a modified version of someone else design.
I made it so that you only use the 2 screws from the e3d fan/cooler and the 40mm fan is fitted and does not need screws
Note: this was done for ABS if you make it with PLA and it is slightly 2 loose because PLA does not shrink as much as ABS
Just put a piece of scotch tape on the inside edge before putting the 40mm fan in place
Or you could scale it from 100% to 99.9% and that should do the same thing
You will have to print this with supports but they are nominal
