A simple but practical and functional filament spool holder - for horizontal placement on a table top. All you need is spindle from an old CD/DVD cakebox and four M3 screws (20-30mm long). No bearings, no other accessories...
Since this mount is not a diamond piece of jewelry, you do not need a quality print. I made some pieces, mainly PLA+, 0.3mm layer thickness, no supports, raft, border, etc.
Simply print the body and four small wheels, secure the wheels with four screws (you don't need nuts) and slide it onto the cakebox spindle (spindle height doesn't matter). That's all...
