I made these to fix my 16V lithium dustbuster model CH1410L. The clips broke and I designed up some new ones. They aren't pretty but they do work. Saved my 16V lithium powered dustbuster from the trash bin. This was a $75 vacuum so I'd like to keep using it. Also I recently replaced 18650 cells so it would be a shame to toss it out.
You need to take out four phillips screws to get to the clips. I have two of these vacuums and the good one is already showing fractures on the original clips. The originals are very delicate. I figure my PLA ones won't last forever but at least I can reprint them.
Black and Decker offers a replacement nose for the vacuum but it costs $40 on Amazon. I was able to print these out for $1 of filament even with 8 revisions to get the fit and feel right.
