To avoid tilting, I connect my camera with a thread-only system to the telescope. The rotator and quick changer allows me to disconnect the camera easily from the telescope and store it away. The problem is, that the rotator does not provide a simple solution to close the openings to avoid dust inside the telescope or on the camera sensor/filters.
So I designed two caps. On the camera side the cap can be secured with the screws of the connection adapter and the cap on the telescope side is simply slipped over the conically tapered adapter.
I decided to make the latter a relatively tight fit so materialwise I recommend a little more flexibility like with PETG. The size can however easily optimized to your needs by upscaling in the slicer.
