I was printing a house key from nrp's post http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8925 for my wife. Of course she said, "No not like that, AAA gives them to me in a credit card so I can put it in my wallet" so I made her one. Then I though some others might want that too so here we go.
This is currently only for kwikset locks, in particular kw1 keys but I do plan on adding Schlage and others I find so I will keep it listed as a work in progress for a bit.

You will need to print the key guage posted by LBussy http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2086917
Once that is printed, you need to get 5 numbers. You get these numbers by running your key into the guage to determine each "gap" in the key. The first number is the gap closest to the grip. Enter those 5 numbers and print.
This is a plastic key so I do recommend using in emergencies only, but I have tested with my kwikset locks and every print has worked flawlessly on the locks.
