10/12/21 update:
I altered the head part entrance into a V2. The first version was too thick to fit into the pillar.
Hi guys,
I am a big fan of HeroScape ánd DnD, so it was unavoidable to combine these two one day.
Credits to @DevonJones, whose Openforge files are the basics I used to made these new pieces.

The Hex-design doesn't cost a lot of filament, can be printed without supports (also the torches), only the entrance-pieces can use some support in the middle.
The doors can be attached in the entrance with a straightened paperclip.
So get your Heroscape Tiles out of the box and go ahead!
For DnD on hex, rule of thumb:
1 hex = 10 feet
25 feet move = 3 tiles
30 feet move = 4 tiles
