I wanted a 3D feel to the Dungeon Mayhem character health tokens, so I made a token holder you see here. The token holder's base is 2 mm high and has an 18 mm diameter (4 mm wider than the tokens). Both sides of the tokens are visible.
These token holders fit into my Dungeon Mayhem Stackable Token Holder Rack that fit into my Dungeon Mayhem: Monster Madness Sleeve Insert.
Print enough tokens for all your characters and stick the tokens in (one per holder). The tokens should stick and hold without any glue even if you pick them up by the token.
