None of the Dune Inserts I found fit my taste preferences so I designed this. My key important features are storing expansions separately, multiple resource trays for larger tables, and every card type having a place and holder that can be placed on the table. I play with Paul Dennen's house blend of cards from the first Imperium mixed into the Uprising Imperium Deck and Intrigue cards, so there's room for an additional ~40 cards on top of the included 60ish in Uprising. You can probably fit upcoming Bloodlines content into this insert if you take some other expansion content out, but I will try to redesign it with minimal reprinting needed when that expansion comes out. I mostly used Polymaker Galaxy Black in the photos, for the player token boxes I changed the color at layer 81 to achieve the two tone affect.
Pros:
-Fits all content from Uprising, Rise of Ix, and Immortality.
-No lid lift with minimal rule books, ~2mm lid lift with all books and references.
-Fits sleeved cards with room for ~40 cards from Dune: Imperium
-Supports Vertical Storage
-Card Stands for 5 Imperium row cards and 3 Tleiaxu cards
-Stores expansion content separately.
-Fits both wooden and resin worm tokens.
-Fits Acrylic replacements for cardboard tokens.
-Most card types have their own labeled section.
Cons:
-Probably does not fit deluxe upgrade resin troops and alliance tokens.
-Requires both expansion boards to sit truly flat, otherwise you can substitute some other paper references on the bottom layer to lift the inserts into place.
