The file 'Dummy Radial 9 Cylinder Engine For H9 P47 Razorback 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 17.3MB.
THIS IS NOT AN EASY PRINT JOB!!!! you have been warned ;-)
H9 P47 Razorback Radial Engine.
Printed with 50% infill as best I can remember.
I printed in PETG for flex and temperature resistance to DLE 20 Engine behind, if you're using electric then use whatever.
The Pushrod tubes are aluminium Banzai Tree Wire, available on Ebay etc, cut to length then inserted from centre. The colour is as it came.
The rest is painted with acrylic and sealed with Testors Clearcote Matt.
I ended up cutting out the two bottom cylinders to allow cooling to the DLE 20 Behind, again if you are using electric then not necessary.
The Spark Plug Leads may or may not print out ok, some of the outer ends didn't for me but it was no problem as hidden by the plane cowl.
I cut out the back carefully with a dremel to lighten it, up to you.
I cut out a small section from the top of the main hub to allow for the timing sensor on DLE 20 Engine.
Once finished I mounted in Plane Cowl using Silicon.
Be warned it takes roughly 24 HOURS to print and I had to print this 3 times as first 2 failed for different reasons different times during printing.
Good luck!
