This controller holder for the Dualshock 4 works remarkably well. In short, I decided to add a Decepticon Emblem so that it would compliment an Autobot Xbox One holder I am making for my desk at work.
Please comment on how well you think the controller holder works.
Possible future updates to this design (though not likely this decepticon variant) will be to add a grove to hold a standard USB cable so you can have it plugged in and a more "permanent" version if wanted.
We'll see if I get around to it.
