This is a remix of the Satsana head for the Ender 3. Works with 2x 5015 fans for optimal cooling and a BL-Touch (not mandatory). The unit is height adjustable.
It will not interfere with any limit switches or part of the frame, so your build volume will not be affected.
Works with default Ender3 parts (plate and screws), still compatible with the Speed Drive.
You'll still need to buy a few screws and nuts to tighten the fans.
If you really want to modify it with the provided Fusion360 files, know that the model is quite broken since I did a lot of dirty mesh stitching.
To be improved:
-Easier access to screw for mounting
-Larger spacing between the front fan and walls, allowing for mounting accessories like a plotter or a fan grill
-Tighter fan ducts to reduce leakage at the exhaust of the fans
-Still a bit heavy, a few parts could be hollowed out.
-More cable channels to accommodate different fan brands for the front fan.
I hope you like it, it worked really well for me, making me able to print up to 300mm/s (although I thing I might be able to push it further) and have insane 80 degrees overhangs without supports.
