Improving upon the previous calibration nozzle through a complete re-design, this tool's goal is to help you calibrate the XY offset for your dual print head 3D printer.
You can probably make a rough guess as to the print head offset on your printer from reading the documentation. In my case, the expected offset would be 0 and 35 for the X and Y offset respectively. Configure this in your slicer to start with:
M218 T1 X35.0 Y0.0
Now assemble both the base and 0.2 designs using your slicer. The design expects you to print the base with the left nozzle and the 0.2 offset tool with the right nozzle. Print this off and find the best fitting overlaps of the top and bottom layer on each spine. The inner most overlay has an offset of 0 and the outermost, and offset of 0.8. Having selected your best overlaps, note with the offsets you've selected are in the "-" (top and right) or "+" (bottom and left) domains, and make an adjustment to your slicers offsets; e.g.
M218 T1 X35.4 Y0.6
Repeat the process with the 0.1 and 0.05 tools to dial in your offset calibration.
Good luck!
