Firstly, as with anything like this, the use of this is at your own risk as it involves your telescope, camera and lens and should anything fail I cannot be held responsible.

Having said that if you love it feel free to buy me a drink!

This is a Piggyback mount for any standard camera fitting which goes onto a Celestron 127 SLT telescope but would probably fit others of a similar size too.

You need about 1 inch (25mm) of rail showing at the back of your mount for this to fit on.
I printed at about 60% infil with no supports or brim.

To fit it you put it in place at an angle touching the front of the spotting scope mount first and then slide it onto the end of the rail.
This is quite a tight fit and a bit of flexing is involved but the print should stand up to it.
It has a hole to allow you to use a longer screw to secure it in pace but so far I haven't actually needed to do that.

It takes a standard camera screw underneath and you will need to attach your camera before fitting it ( but test it first to make sure it is all good and get used to how to pop it in place).
My camera is a 4000D or 200D with a Canon 70-300mm IS USM lens that fits perfectly but yours may need extra support under your lens.

The offset should be enough to clear your spotter scope and looks good to clear my auto-align camera.

I hope you enjoy it - way cheaper than buying a star tracking tripod for your camer if you already have a scope!
