2020MAY21 Update Version 9.
After reslicing to make more on the Ender 3, I noticed issues.
I simplified it.
Redrew it in Fusion.
I re-designed it around printing with a 1.0 mm nozzle - all 6 parts can print together take less than 2.5 hours to print total on a stock Ender 3 with 1.0 nozzle at 0.6 mm layer height. ... so any even multiple of that 1.0 should work.
Print the individual files and test for your self, each printer has different tolerances.
The bearing adapter I redesigned so that tolerances weren't that critical and there's some flex built into it.
These are printed in PLA and PLA+ with 5 walls (make's 'em solid)

-I saw no need to print the actual Roller since I've had some fail due to print orientation, layer adhesion problems, etc after printing .. so with a bit of legwork found that thin wall 1” PCV was slightly bigger than the 608ZZ.
-I created an adapter for the 608ZZ to the 30MM and designed this from scratch to be printable with no supports.
-Shout out to the TUSH (I’ve used for ages, but are difficult to mount / adjust and need to be adjusted for different spools) and all of the other people that have designed different rollers - I printed many, reviewed the designs of many more - and was remixing several .. when it turned out to be better to simply start from scratch.
