Summary

I wanted to install some Ikea Maximera drawers in my existing cabinet.
The cabinet widht was 6mm wider than the common cabinets so I created some spacers (3mm each) to fill the space.

To use the jigs :

  • begin at the top front, the jig can be used for each side, just place the jig at the top and drill the two bottom holes (12mm + jig thikness = 17mm)
  • for the rear holes, screw the slide to the front hole and use it as a depth jig with the top jig
  • for the next drawers, use the 10cm jig by putting two 5mm cleats in the top holes and drill the bottom ones, the rear holes are made by reversing the jig.

As I used 3mm spacers, I also changed the screws to 6.3x16mm screws https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B07RVD2H8K?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1
