Drill Press Vice
3" jaw width and opens 4.25"
This Drill Press Vice has replaceable jaws which could allow you to make custom soft jaws for special work holding applications and used them with the vice.
Some bolt lengths might need some trimming but the lengths given should be close.
To assemble the vice fully bolt the movable jaw on and the glue the 3/8 bolt into a 3/8 nut inside the movable jaw, this will allow the jaw to be retracted with normal operation. I got the idea from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1547828
The second 3/8 nut is pressed into the vice body.
I didn't use any rafts but i did use support.
Parts are not orientated to print as they are in the files see what works for you the vise jaw printed best for me when rotated 180 degrees so that it was upside down.
On all parts I used 3 perimiters and I used 40% infill on all the parts except the vice body which I used 20%.
