This is a remix of another design in which I added slopes to 90° edges to improve strength, added bolt recesses for better functionality, added measurement marks, and did some overall trimming to reduce material that did not contribute to strength. I printed this in true silver Hatchbox PLA. I personally have a Dremel 4000, but from what I have read, this will work on any Dremel with the same threading.
I would say a raft is essential to prevent lifting.
The 1/4" nut will fit in TIGHT. Might have something to do with the PLA shrinkage, but either way it means the nut stays in the knurled knob (which is a good thing in my opinion). Just tap it in with a mallet; works like a charm.
x2 1/4" bolts (4 in)
x6 1/4" nuts
***EDIT 8/16:
-Fixed errors in mesh
-Added beveling, reshaped contours
