Summary

Ever get tired of looking for the little flat chuck spanner (wrench for US guys) on Dremel style rotary tools?

With this simple thing you never need to fumble around with the chuck spanner again!
Print it with flexible TPU filament so it has a bit of give (and a nice friction stay in place fit).
It pushes firmly onto the chuck and stays there whilst tool is in use. Then it makes changing tool tips so much easier with no tools required! Use solid infill 100%.
It effectively makes your dremel style tool into a "keyless" type chuck!

These were designed to fit my Dremel clone tools and work very well. Genuine Dremel tools and other clones may need different hole designs and sizes in the gripper ring. It should be easy to modify as needed to suit your tools chuck type and size. I have also provided 2 of the gripper ring files without any hole so you can easily edit and add your own hole type as needed. If your tool has similar shape chuck but different size you could probably just choose the appropriate file and scale it easily in your slicer to make it fit your tool.

On my 2 rotary tools the chuck grippers are.....

type A 12mm tall with square hole 9mm across flats and corners trimmed 10.2mm across flats. (cordless rechargeable tool Depstech brand from Amazon)

type B 8mm tall with round hole 11.15 diameter and 9.2mm across flats (Hobby King 230V mains powered tool)
