Finding no reasonably good E3D V6 print cooling solution for my delta, I have created the trifecta fan solution with nothing but 30mm fans. Fans are oriented in this off angle so that it cannot collide with the belts during large prints.
To Print: Print main body with cooling vents facing up. I suggest printing this in 0.1mm layer height because that is what I printed with.
Print 2 brackets (The brackets are the same so just duplicate them.) Have the brackets contact points facing up
Installation for mini kossels: Have the E3D heater block with the heating resistor face away from any one pillar you so choose. They should be lined up with a pillar so that the fans cannot collide with a belt during Autoleveling/Large Printing/other things.
All screw holes have 3mm holes with 5mm depth. Use M3 screws to tighten down the fans and the brackets. They are held down via plastic to screw connection. (Finger tight do not over torque)
Tip: Add friction material where the brackets are to prevent rotation from plastic to metal contact.
Everyone else- Orient the hotend's heater block away from where you want the fans to go and screw down the brackets as shown.
