The file 'Drawer Glide And Guide 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 519.4KB.
The original Kenlin Rite-Trak are poorly designed. It's nearly impossible to remove the drawers without damaging either the glide or guide, if not both.
I tried to buy replacements but the prices being charged on Amazon are absurd -- $38 for a set of 5. And I needed 6. Knowing all that would happen is that these would break again, I figured I might as well design a solution myself.
Others have created similar parts on Thingiverse but I did not have much success. The main difference between these and other designs is that I allow for some lateral adjustment on the Glide as the metal tracks on drawers are rarely square. I also made the glides slightly undersized for better tolerances.
I've had better luck with printing these in PETG for durability, but I assume ABS would also work well.
