My mesh for Drakh Emissary, based on the character shown in Babylon 5 season 4 episode "Lines of Communication". Delenn was forced to meet this alien race, and they sent an emissary to White Star. Translation orb is in the right hand this time.
The Emissary was portrayed by Jean-Luc Martin. The character was named Napar'ishu in one of the cards in Babylon 5 Collectible Card Game.
