It's a clip remixed from https://www.printables.com/model/415888-hose-clip-for-dishwasher-hoses (which hasn't been uploaded to thingiverse). I liked that the drain hose can be removed easily from the clip for maintenance, but I also needed a clip for the supply line. I extended the design and added a second clip. Both fit snugly. I attached it using #6x5/8" wood screws.
