Found a unique popper from https://www.japanimporttackle.com/products/owl-gene-gacha-chagar so I wanted to see if I can replicate it. This is revision 3 so there's a belly hook, and I also moved the thru-wire hole closer to the center.
Lure is 3.5" long and about 1" in height. I use a barrel swivel for the belly hook wire. Use split rings to connect the two halves.
