Summary

This is a dual staircase dice tower inspired by the Château de Chambord which was influenced by Leonardo daVinci's designs. This version was designed to be more cool-looking dice tower, and less practical staircase. Each side of the dice tower will send dice in one direction or the other, so this can be useful for hidden Game Master rolls. This tower is unsuitable for 4-sided dice (slide), and for crystal-shaped dice.

You will need to print these pieces: "Top" x1; "Bottom" x1; and "Body" x1 (add more to increase size of tower). Supports will be required for staircase sections, but windows should print without supports with good settings. Glue can be in peg holes to make bond permanent, or you can leave the tower unglued for portability.

The tower was designed to be printed on very small printers, and compatible with average sized dice (about 20-25mm). Scale up models in your slicer if you use larger dice.

Note: the real-world example photo I posted was this model printed at 150%. I designed this for small printers (deltas), but I recommend scaling it up for larger printers. The clearance on the pegs scales up, but the tower is stable if your top and bottom layers are smooth.
