INSTRUCTIONS

Print at 100% infill with any standard PLA. Does not require supports, but I typically print it with Rafts. You will need a 4x1mm O-ring to seal the rear of the shell with the bolt of the gun. The BB is retained by the shell itself.

The rim is the main weak point of the shell. I use floor gloss to cover the rear of the shell to enhance durability, and then glued the O-ring in with a small amount of super glue applied to where it seats. The O-rings rarely fall out of the shell, but I ended up gluing mine after one fell out after hard use. Clean your shells with soap and water after use in the field. If a shell is dirty, do not reuse until clean as you can gum up your action.

I used these in a game and had an absolute blast! Ending a "Defend the Bunker" scenario with 40+ shells surrounding me was a whole different airsoft experience. Of the 60 shells I had that day, I didn't lose a single one! You can play without the worry of losing expensive OEM shells, leaving your mind to focus on the fun and still find them afterwards! These work just as good as the OEM shells, though I wish the rifle I had shot well. I unfortunately got rid of my Double Bell Spring rifle as the accuracy was atrocious, with or without the OEM shells (Torn Hop-up Bucking?).

Please let me know in the comments if you have success in a game with yours, and I might buy one again- hoping mine was just a fluke!
