I made this to adapt dolls and plush toys for children with PEG(J) feeding tubes, as well as hospitals and clinics to help prepare children for their tube placement. The larger version is to scale and can also be used for demonstration/education.
These can be completed with either a CH12-14 NG tube, a (button) extension tube or another flexible tube with a maximum diameter of 4.5mm.
I included three versions:
Sew-on plate for small/medium soft-body dolls and plush toys.
Zip-on plate for small/medium vinyl and plastic body dolls.
Stick-on plate for large dolls and demonstration/education.
The sew-on plate has three holes to sew on a soft body.
The zip-on plate has two rectangular holes for a small zip-tie.
The stick-on plate has a flat back for adhesive velcro, tape or glue.
