The file 'Dog Crate Water Dish 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 71.2KB.
I printed the original by Blanko but had some difficulty with the water bottle weighing down and titling the dish just enough to prevent water from flowing into the dish side. I tried to push the dish down as far towards the horizontal bar of the crate as possible, thus tightening the vertical bars against the dish and reducing the wiggle room for tilting, but that pressure from the bars eventually caused the sides of the dish to crack (after about 2 weeks).
I recreated the design with the water flowing at a 6 degree downward angle from the bottle side to the dish side to compensate for this.
I also changed the openings to be arcs instead of rectangles, eliminating the need for supports.
The whole dish is just a little bit deeper as well to help reduce splash out.
I used a velcro strap to hold the water bottle against the crate. It seems sturdy without it, but I'm sure with enough effort one of my animals could otherwise knock it out of place.
As another comment on the original mentioned, petg filament sounds like a better option health-wise so I plan to try to reprint with that once I get it.
