This is a design for an anti-drop pin and clip used on the DJI Phantom 3 gimbal. This may also work on a Phantom 2 (someone, please post in the comments if you verify this works on a Phantom 2 - thanks!).
I had a hard time finding a reliable 3D printable design online for these, so I created my own. I have tested successfully on a Phantom 3 using PLA plastic. Like factory units, I was not able to remove the clip once attached to the pin (i.e. these are one-time use pins - to remove, you must cut them off). These clips also work with factory pins and the pins also work with factory clips. Enjoy!

Designed in Tinkercad.
UPDATE: Added a heavy duty version of the clip; it has thicker "fingers" and a reduced clip-lock diameter. The thicker fingers help improve strength of the lock and the reduced clip-lock diameter helps insure a permanent lock on pins that may have been printed with a sub-optimal head diameter. The heavy duty clip still maintains compatibility with factory pins.
