This is a controller mount for the iPhone 6/6S. It is not adjustable so it will not work with other phones unless you modify it. The stock mount works with an iPhone 6 (fold down the tabs on the side), but I don't like the way it looks and it limits how far back you can tilt the iPhone.
This is designed to have a thin layer of compliant material on the mating surfaces. I used 0.5mm EVA foam. It works okay without it, but the fit is very snug with the foam.
I printed this on its side. It requires support material. I printed mine on an Ultimaker 2 using breakway support material without any problems.
An M4 bolt works well to attach it.
