Summary

netrecov deserves most merits for having done the hardest part which is reversing the shape of the original Dji Air arms.
By chance the shape of all 4 arms is similar, so I fine tuned one then I used symetry.

This design is made to be fast and efficient.

  • You only need 12s to clip all 4 legs
  • The weight is low, maybe 20g
  • I proposed two heights, 60mm and 40mm. I suggest using the 60mm.
  • I crash tested them by dropping my air 3s above my matress : they resisted several 25cm height drops, then one leg unclipped.

Using these legs will slightly change the sound of the drone, as for any accessory surrounding the propellers.

Note : When it comes to printing them, you need to chose either all 4 files named "40mm" or those named "60mm". Don't mix them, they already take into account the 20mm height difference between the front and the rear.
