The shim is 10mm height, scale it on Z axis to adjust the height you need. However 10mm shim should be close to the height you'll need if you keep the teflon (or whatever it is) spacers.
Teeth parts should be printed at 0.1 layer height.
You will also need to replace screws by longer ones...at least M3*45mm
