Summary

After printing and assembling the cnc machine, I realized that a lot of parts didn't fit together well. Since Nikodem graciously shared the Fusion 360 files, I decided to make changes that will allow the assembly to be a bit easier. Included are some pics of how we inserted the bearings using a C-Clamp.

Limit switch mount may be printed to make it easier to install the limit switches using M3 screws. mounting holes must be drilled until I get around to adding the holes to the Fusion 360 CAD file. This piece may be printed without supports by placing the back of the piece on the print bed.
Dremel CNC Arcuino Enclosure is designed to include a fan and filter. It also includes some extra space inside for excess cabling and strain relief. May be printed without support by placing the back of the piece on your print bed.
Dremel CNC Arduino Cover. Print with the face on your print bed to print without supports.
All other pieces that have spring holes need to have the spring hole portion on the print bed and should not be printed vertically.

I made some adapters for the limit switches so that I could wire my CNC up with home in the front left, I had to drill some holes and add a z axis adapter to mine so that the limit switch would make contact. Those are all included.
