I created this divider to fit in my Makita 191x80 assortiment box (191x80-2 or 191x80-4 or 191x80-5).
Size: 145mm x 86mm (2.8mm thick)
Printer settings I used:
Nozzle diameter: 0.8mm
Filament: PETG
I enabled "Ironing" in prusa slicer for a smooth surface finish.
But I think it will print fine with standard settings and other nozzles.
The Fusion360 file is also included.
