The file 'Dispenser Container – Screw Cap, All Purpose 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 448.1KB.
To be honest I have no idea what this is actually called (suggestions most welcome!) but it is definitely something incredibly useful. So in the absence of a gold standard I am calling this "dispenser". It simply attaches to the top of one of my screw cap containers (see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4866835 ) and allows for "dispensing" whatever is stored in the container. ;-)
The dispenser is 80 mm (3.1") in diameter and I have included 3 sizes of containers (see the link above for the full set) to attach this to:

PRINTING
Printing is super easy. Print at 0.2+ resolution and with 30%+ infill. No supports or build plate adhesion needed.
ASSEMBLY
You will need a single M3 screw (8+ mm) and nut. Place part B (the disk) on top of Part A (the screw cap) and insert Part C (the little disk, which serves as a "bearing") and connect all this with your M3 screw/nut.
