The image is a bit wider than the vent so it bulges, this is on purpose. The hole in the bottom should fit a 5mm LED quite snugly, so you can get creative there. I added a candle led (those flicker a bit) and a small coin cell holder (glued to the bottom). There are other designs that already have a coin cell holder integrated but this is what I had laying around.
You can spray paint the vent with silver paint or wrap it in aluminium tape.
