Based on the excellent tray with funnel by TonyLM, this one has the addition of a plug as well as manual supports (idea from rogue21503 - see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4591045). Tray should print out at 53.93mm on the narrow width in order to sort standard 3mm drills.
Print the tray with the largest, flattest side down with supports on the build plate only (to support the tip of the funnel). Remove the tiny supports inside the funnel when done.
I printed at .2mm layer height, and found the height of the sorting lines greatly affected their ability to sort. You can edit the sorting lines easily and for free on Tinkercad here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/lyztHAHN9bJ.
I was surprised that I needed NO additional supports inside the funnel once I added the tiny minimal ones I saw on rogue21503's tray. I am including a photo of the funnel interior - I lost a single line of filament on the bridge. It saves time and filament and is much easier than removing the interior supports!
