The file 'Dial Indicator Mount For Wanhao Duplicator I3 / Prusa 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 9.0KB.
Wanted a different way to level my bed so I ordered an inexpensive dial indicator and then designed this mount for it in Solidworks. It's designed to be tensioned in place with m6 bolts and nuts. You can place a bolt in all three holes if you'd like or just tighten one through the dial indicator hole tightly. Each bolt hole can be used as a position for the indicator. I am using the middle one as my indicator is relatively short. Designed it to be printed without supports, and I used PETG for strength. This clips on your rods that vertical of eachother.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BEND YOUR RODS! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES WITH YOUR PRINTER FOR USING THIS PART.
Please note, I uploaded a version that accepts up to 3 bolts and thus 3 different height positions for a dial indicator. My printed photo shows only two bolts. I added the third later and haven't printed it yet, unsure if I need it for my indicator. I have a parametric file if you need to modify it and have Solidworks. Just message me.
