I re-worked this hull fan to print without any 90 degree overhangs for better print quality and created a screwless version.
I also widened the exhaust vent hole on the model, and fixed the screw holes which were not centered on the original model so the fan was slightly out of alignment with the model.
For the screwless version, the 40mm fan should be pressed onto the shafts of the shroud carefully, and then the fan scoop can be pressed on. The fit is tight, and the posts are easy to break when assembling. Once assembled, I used a soldering iron to melt the ends of the posts into the shroud for a permanent assembly.
