Just another direct extruder design. For direct driving with NEMA 17 motor, standard Prusa i3 X carriage and a JHead type hotend. 40mm fan support for the hotend body.
I decide to design this extruder due to the problems I had trying to print 1.75mm filament. The filament was constantly bending after the pulley because of the long distance to the extruder guide, and the force of the motor.
With this compact design I resolve that problem by reducing the distance as much as possible so the filament is completely guided by the pulley, the idler bearing and the extruder it self. If you have a different pulley and yours does not fit properly with the design, please feel free to comment it and I will make new versions for different pulleys.
