This is the helical gear for Dewert 61563 linear actuator.
This gear is moved by the endless screw of the electrical motor and often breaks.
I printed this in PA-CF to achieve enough strenght to support the movements of the medical bed.
The sliders for the spring mounted under the gear need to be sanded a bit to remove the layer walls and have a fluid movement.
Be sure to print a test and stress it out a lot to know if your print will last.
