DISCLAIMER: Power tools are dangerous, do not use a tool that you are not familiar with and always wear safety glasses when operating tools. Use this part at your own risk. I accept no responsibility for injury resulting from the use of a part made using this design.. The only thing I guarantee is that it fits my saw.

Now with that out of the way...

This is a one piece dado insert for a Dewalt 10 inch portable tablesaw. I made it to go with my dado set that is being used to make beehive boxes.

It is a 0.875 inch opening for 1/2 inch dados. You might be able to due a 0.75, I need to see what the max would be.

It is a remix of the referenced part which I used for overall outline and hole locations , the source file was designed to be made out of wood. Mine is meant to be printed.

I printed it in Nylon on an Ultimaker S5.

It has screws for adjusting it to be flush to the table surface.

It does not have the twist lick at this point.

I may create a version that is multiple piece for smaller printer. Pending that, it could be split into smaller piece and glued or solvent welded (if printed in ABS) into the single part.

It has been tested to fit the saw, I will post real photos of it with dado blades installed. It does not have a retaining latch so it could get knocked loose and go flying or get chopped to pieces.

Otherwise, I hope you like it and find it useful.
