Dust extraction adapter for the DeWALT DCS391 (Blade Left) Circular Saw.
With this adapter you can connect the DCS391 to both generic shop vac hoses as well as the DeWalt DCV501 cordless vacuum.
My DCS391 came with a black plastic dust port that doesn't fit any of my DeWalt tubes, shop vac or other adapters.
Putting on a generic hose adapter blocks the depth setting on the saw. That's why I designed this part, based on the work of Ashf144.
Note: This part is only applicable if your saw already has the black DeWalt tube shown in Photo 2.
Features:
-Stepped OD on the dust port, both 29mm and 26mm.
This allows connection to generic shop vacs (Photo 3) and the flex hose that comes with the DCV501 vacuum (Photo 1).
Might also fit other DeWalt hoses.
-Connection of generic hose adapters is possible, allowing you to connect any brand/diameter.
